CSI methodology paper launched

The CIVICUS Civil Society Index (CSI) team has just released a full description of the methodology being used in the 2008-2010 phase of CSI implementation. The paper, titled Assessing and Strengthening Civil Society Worldwide, is authored by Jacob Mati, Federico Silva and Tracy Anderson.
